Aligning & reconnecting with the rhythms of the year.

Step away from the screen and into nature.

For 95% of human history, we lived, worked and learned in alignment with the natural world. Today, we spend most of our time indoors, under artificial light, glued to screens, trying to force ideas. The result? Burnout, exhaustion and a sense of being out of sync with what really matters.

The Natural Network is a new series of gatherings created by me for business leaders, change-makers and professionals seeking to work and live with purpose. It’s for those who want to reconnect to what matters, gain clarity and bring fresh energy back into their work and life.

Three-day retreats can feel inspiring but too often the benefits fade once we return to the pressures of everyday life. Instead, this model offers a steady rhythm of eight gatherings aligned with the Wheel of the Year, an ancient cycle that has guided communities for centuries. Each season brings its own invitation:

  • Resting (Winter) - pausing, restoring and reflecting.

  • Planting (Spring) - setting intentions and beginning again.

  • Growing (Summer) - energising, collaborating and expanding.

  • Harvesting (Autumn) - gathering wisdom, celebrating progress and integrating what we’ve learned.

Together, these cycles form a wheel of regenerative business and leadership, a living model that keeps you aligned, grounded and inspired throughout the year.

Each gathering will be co-created with guest facilitators, blending perspectives from regenerative farming, coaching, leadership and community building. Some events will take place in nature at Four Acre Farm, while others will be hosted in urban spaces like Patch in Bournemouth, striking a balance between grounding and accessibility.

This is the beginning of a new kind of network, a space for people exploring how to live, work and lead in alignment with nature.

A living model for work and life. Eight events. Four cycles. One year aligned with nature.

The Tending | 6th February

It’s time for our next gathering as we enter the season of first light, awakening and new beginnings.

Together, these gatherings follow the rhythm of the year, guiding business leaders, change-makers and creative professionals through a cycle of clarity, purpose and renewal.

As winter softens and the first signs of growth appear in the land, we too are invited to pause, reflect and plant the seeds for what comes next. Where our earlier events explored gratitude and release, The Tending calls us into action for a season of awakening ideas, clarifying priorities and nurturing connections that will flourish in the months ahead.

What to Expect
