Daring work starts with a conversation.

The problem you're trying to fix might not be the problem and I don't believe in prescribing solutions before understanding what's really going on.

Whether you're navigating something personally, running a business or trying to make change happen in an organisation, the best place to start is usually a conversation.

There’s no complicated process and no perfectly formed brief required. Just two humans getting curious about what's possible.

Let's see what's going on.

I work with people in different ways. Sometimes that's one-to-one coaching, sometimes it's helping a founder untangle a business challenge and sometimes it’s working with a team to rethink their strategy.

But I don't always know what might be most useful until we've spoken. That's why I offer a free, 20-minute introductory conversation.

It's a chance to tell me a little about what's happening, ask questions and get a feel for whether we'd work well together.

If there's a good fit, we can explore what working together might look like. And if there isn't, that's absolutely fine too.

No pressure and no hard sell, just a useful conversation.
